Get Involved: Adamson Alumni Association Donations
DID YOU KNOW? Adamson High School partners with the North Texas Food Bank and has a food pantry on the school premises, which directly benefits the students and families of the Adamson HS communitiy. YOU CAN HELP! Bring canned goods and other non-perishable food items to the school on Saturday, April 29, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM to donate them to the Adamson food pantry. There will be a collection bin located inside the front doors, across from the All Class Reunion registration area. Student volunteers and Alumni Association supervisory volunteers will be there to accept your donations and answer questions. This is an easy and much appreciated way to help the current students and their families -- our future alumni members!

There are several ways you can donate to our Alumni Association. To use the online donation links below, for a one-time donation you may put your own amount in the box. You will highlight the $0.00 and put in the amount you wish to donate. If you would like to make multiple donations of the same amount, you can use the recurring donation link below, which gives you the options of $10, $20, $50 or $100 per month. If you would like to set up a different amount for a recurring donation, please contact John, Suzanne, or Minnie, or send a question to us via the "Contact Us" link on this website. If you prefer to make a donation, or multiple donations, by check, you may use the downloadable membership form under the Event Donation link below, fill out the form and enter your donation amount, then mail with your check to the address on the form. In addition to these forms of donation, there is an easy way to benefit the W. H. Adamson Alumni Association without making a direct cash donation--through your regular grocery shopping or online shopping through Amazon Smile!
ANOTHER WAY TO DONATE! You Can Contribute Cash to Your Alumni Association -- And It Won’t Cost You a Penny!
Do you shop at Tom Thumb for your groceries? Or Randalls? Or Kroger? Have you ever gone online and bought a product at Amazon.com or through the Amazon Smile Program? Now a portion of the money you spend with any of those merchants can be sent directly to the nonprofit W. H. Adamson Alumni Association to be used to help Adamson students and teachers and the Adamson community, as well as alumni!
The Tom Thumb and Randalls Good Neighbors program donates 1% of your eligible purchases to various charitable organizations. The Kroger Community Rewards program has $1.5 million to dispense annually among participating nonprofit organizations (NPOs). Most of you probably are already signed up with either Tom Thumb, Randalls, or Kroger. If not, you can sign up with these programs and select our alumni association as your chosen charity by following the instructions included below.
The AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price of eligible products to the charitable organization of your choice. If you are an Amazon.com customer, you probably are already aware of the Amazon Smile program. If not, Amazon Smile is a website, smile.amazon.com, with the same products, prices, and shopping features as Amazon.com. But to benefit your chosen charity, you need to be sure that you always shop at the Amazon Smile website, not the regular amazon.com website. You still get your Amazon Prime member benefits on Amazon Smile, too! It's exactly the same as amazon.com, except that every purchase you make also benefits the organization of your choice -- and we hope you choose W. H. Adamson Alumni Association!
